Learning & AI Enablement
I design training and enablement programs and build the AI workflows that make them scale. This includes instructional design and curriculum development, LMS implementation and administration, and generative AI tooling for content creation turning a subject-matter expert's knowledge into a course, job aid, or micro-learning people finish. I built a 30-minute micro-course teaching non-technical professionals how to work effectively with AI language models, and I use AI daily to draft, revise, and localize training content at a pace manual authoring can't match.
Program & Product Management
PMP-certified program leadership across cross-functional teams, with results like a 30% improvement in workforce competency scores and a 15% lift in user satisfaction on past initiatives. I've run product management for platforms, led workforce development programs with a DEI lens (Cornell DEI certified), and used tools like Power BI to keep decisions grounded in data rather than opinion.
Video & Film Production
Writing, directing, shooting, and editing for brand and training content, and for independent film. I produce and host The Downing Cut, a podcast and channel for indie filmmakers, and I've applied AI tools (including VEO2/VEO3 and structured JSON prompting workflows) to preproduction: storyboarding, concept trailers, and rapid prototyping of scenes before committing a full budget and crew. Past narrative projects include Cozen and Pyrocene.
Design & UX / Analytics
UI/UX design work spanning healthcare portals, internal tools, and consumer-facing apps, backed by data analytics in Power BI to validate design decisions. Portfolio work includes clinical workflow tools, SharePoint-based curricula systems, and job aids/posters designed for fast on-the-job reference rather than binders nobody opens.
